"Do not use cash or bills, only a card. It will give you change only if the remainder is a very small amount. Additionally, it will constantly reset the language setting to german and timeout after 3 minutes. I lost 50 euro in 3 minutes. Edit 1: vendor had me spend an additional ~32 euro above the cash amount (82 euro total). I wasn't going to give him my bank account info, which he suggested. I have not received any refund yet. If it shows up, I would update this review. There's a lot of signage and its extremely easy to miss the 8 euro max change part. I provided a solution so this wouldn't happen to someone else but vendor/owner was not open to ideas and became defensive. Restrict 50 euro bills and increase the 3 min timeout to 5 minutes. Edit 2: the refund for most of the lost euro value arrived after ~4 days and increasing rating from 1 star to 4. The entire vending machine setup is great except for the 3 minute timeout and it accepting 50 euro bills."
